Macular Degeneration Support Group

We are currently recruiting patients diagnosed with Macular Degeneration to form a support group to discuss ways of coping with this disease. A focus will be placed on adjustment issues and stress management techniques.

Head and Neck Cancer Support Group

A team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, nutritionists, social workers, and speech pathologists attend this support group. Educational topics are discussed and problem solving is immediately done. The goal is to help each patient return to a useful role in society. If you would like to attend a meeting, contact Hennie Sirilan, R.N., B.S.N. at (212) 979-4421.
