One of the original patient safety coalitions, NCPIE works to advance the safe, appropriate use of medicines through enhanced communication. Site contains information about medications and immunizations, and contains a list of resources to topics such as dietary and herbal supplements, antibiotics, prescription assistance programs and purchasing medication on the internet.

The National Patient Safety Foundation is the indispensable resource for individuals and organizations committed to improving the safety of patients. The site contains tips for consumers to improve patient safety and information on how patients can get involved to improve the safety of health care.

Premier Safety Share is a free, electronic newsletter distributed by the Premier Safety Institute to provide members, business partners, hospitals and the public with timely safety-related information, news and resources. The goal of Safety Share is to enhance and promote a safe health care environment.
