PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include evaluating and treating adult and pediatric patients in the ENT clinic, under the supervision of an Otolarygologist. NETWORK / PC SPECIALIST / SATELLITE PRACTICE SUPPORT
Responsibilities include: providing end-user PC support for the satellite offices including recommending appropriate desktop hardware; installing and configuring all PCs and software; replacing defective hardware; assisting users with their PC-related problems; helping to troubleshoot and resolve network problems; maintaining Meditech servers and Meditech-related hardware; monitoring and maintaining Meditech operating system and communications devices. MEDICAL STAFF MANAGER
Responsibilities include completing credentials for each applicant applying for Medical Staff and / or Allied Health Privileges. Communicates with applicants for participating facilities via telephone, fax, mail/e-mail, and in-person. Enters Physician and Allied Health Professional information into Meditech in a timely manner. Creates appropriate revisions of credentialing processes and forms that reflect changes to credentialing standards mandated by the Joint Commission and any other applicable governmental and/or regulatory body. Verifies licensure(s), references, and coordinates application and reapplication process for any applicant to the Medical and/or Allied Health Professional Staff. Reviews files and database frequently to ensure reapplication materials are mailed to physicians in a timely manner. Have completed files available to Credentials Committee, Medical Executive Committee and Governing Body Committee Meetings. Prepares and maintains Medical Affairs Office Budget. Supervises staff in the Credentialing processes. Bachelor degree and / or higher education preferred. At least three to six years of Medical Affairs and Credentialing experience in a hospital setting.
Experience working with physicians, administration and other similar professionals. CPCS and/or CPMSM preferred.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Responsible for assisting the Medical Affairs Manager and Coordinator in the staff credentialing process for Staff Members, Allied Health Personnel and Fellowship applications. Assists in gathering necessary verification from several state agencies in order to approve credentialing applications. Data entry, answering and screening phone calls, preparing meeting agendas, coordinate staff mailings, processing mail, filing/sending files to storage, and other office functions required by the Medical Affairs Office. Assists in the completion of verification between facilities. Candidate must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred. OPHTHALMOLOGY ADMINISTRATOR
Major responsibilities include the management of the Ophthalmology Faculty Practice, Residency Training Program, and Clinical Research Center, as well as the development and management of physician satellite offices, ambulatory surgery centers, philanthropic activities, and physician recruitment. Responsible for departmental operations, fiscal management, strategic initiatives, Human Resources operations, liaising with medical school affiliate, and assisting practice managers to facilitate successful practices. Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred. Must have experience managing a large multi-specialty practice, residency program, and clinical research team, and experience in budgeting, P&L, market and financial analysis, physician recruitment and philanthropy. Departmental Administrator experience recommended. Must have demonstrated written and oral communication as well as excellent presentation skills. Must be self-motivated and possess strategic and analytical abilities. Must take initiative to identify and resolve complex issues. Computer literacy experience is also required.

Troubleshoot and repair of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing and electrical systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, door hardware, light carpentry, grounds equipment and HVAC. Clean, lubricate and service a wide variety of pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic devices. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems. Respond immediately to emergency situations.
