Central Application Service (CAS) applications should be completed in the early fall. The deadline for receipt of applications is August 15, 2013. Invitations for interviews will be sent out in early September. Interviews will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013. The Retina Fellowship Matching Program (OMP) rank list deadline and match result posting follow shortly thereafter. Please contact OMP for their deadline information.

NOTE: All applicants must send an electronic copy of one (1) publication to Ruth Moses rmoses@nyee.edu. Publication must be received before August 15th deadline.

All applicants must register with the CAS provided by the OMP, PO Box 7999, San Francisco, CA 94120. The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary accept only CAS applications.
