Objective 

To identify ocular inflammatory diseases and its role in the development of uveitis and to identify other genes related to uveitis. Family histories, and blood for DNA analysis will be obtained with the permission of the patient.

Eligibility 

Patients and family members who suffer from uveitis or iritis.
